Previously known as the Laudamus Award, the Faith Art Prize returns to celebrate contemporary art exploring faith, devotion and spirituality. Open to artists worldwide, working across all disciplines, media and techniques, the Prize encourages new interpretations of sacred narratives, symbols, and devotional imagery. Up to 100 works will be shortlisted for exhibition in central London. Prizes totalling £30,000 will be awarded to outstanding works in the exhibition: a First Prize of £25,000 and a People's Choice Award of £5,000. The Prize will coincide with the Christian Art Conference, a one-day gathering of artists, theologians and cultural leaders to explore the relationship between beauty and faith. Artists entering The Faith Art Prize will be offered a discounted ticket to the conference.
